Potencial agroindustrial del epicarpio de mandarina como alternativa de colorante natural en pan

Abstract: En este estudio se evaluó el potencial agroindustrial de la harina de epicarpio de mandarina Oneco (Citrus reticulata) como posible colorante natural en el pan.
