Most of the reported K-ion conductors are based on oxides, some of which, including K-β″-alumina and K 2 Fe 4 O 7 , , have high conductivities in excess of 10 –2 S cm –1 at room temperature. However, they have poor formability and require the preparation of single crystals or high-temperature sintered bodies to decrease grain boundary resistance.…”
