Abstract:Posttraumatic cubitus varus is a multiplanar deformity that results from an improperly reduced supracondylar humerus fracture. The prevention of posttraumatic cubitus varus hinges on the stable restoration of all 3 columns of the distal humerus while avoiding malrotation.
