Abstract:Various rescue procedures have been devised to reconstruct a long-segment ureteral stricture with high-volume urinary leakage after kidney transplantation. Secondary pyeloureterostomy is typically employed using the recipient’s native ureter, and pyelopyelostomy is infrequently applied for secondary reconstruction.
