Postoperative stability on lateral radiographs in the surgical treatment of pertrochanteric hip fractures

Abstract: Excessive sliding occurs in surgical treatment for pertrochanteric fractures with posterior displacement of the head and neck fragment. In such cases, we recommend appropriate reduction prior to internal fixation.
