Postoperative Schmerztherapie

Abstract: Die Inzidenz interventionsbedürftiger postoperativer Schmerzen bei Patientinnen auf Allgemeinstationen ist nach wie vor hoch. Voraussetzung für eine effektive postoperative Schmerztherapie sind die Festlegung von Standards einer rationalen Pharmakotherapie, wie von Stufenplänen mit dem Einsatz von Koanalgetika, sowie die regelmäûige Erhebung und Dokumentation eines Schmerzbefunds mit Selbsteinschätzung der Schmerzintensität durch die Patientin und Erfragen eventueller unerwünschter Nebenwirkungen.
