Postoperative Orthognathic Surgery Edema Assessment With and Without Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Abstract: Manual lymphatic drainage was effective in reducing facial measurements in orthognathic surgery postoperatory. When considering patient's pain and swelling perception, no difference was found between groups.
