Postoperative Intracranial Hemorrhage after an Endoscopic L5-S1 Laminectomy and Discectomy: A Case Report and Literature Review

Abstract: Background: Postoperative intracranial hemorrhage (PIH) is a fairly rare but catastrophic perioperative complication following lumbar spine surgery.
