Abstract:Objective: Ventricular septal defect is the most common congenital heart defect. The prevalence of postoperative pulmonary arterial hypertension in patients, who underwent ventricular septal defect closure, is not clear in the delayed cases. The aim of this study was to analyse the prevalence of pulmonary arterial hypertension after ventricular septal defect closure in the patient population who were older than one year old.
