Postnatal management of bilateral Grade 3–4 ureteropelvic junction obstruction

Abstract: Introduction: Bilateral hydronephrosis on prenatal ultrasound can be managed expectantly or with surgical intervention. The treatment strategies and outcomes are not clearly defined.
