Postinfarction Ventricular Septal Defect: The Role of Three‐Dimensional Echocardiography

Abstract: Postinfarction ventricular septal defect (PIVSD) is challenging in both diagnosis and management. Especially in case of percutaneous treatment, a comprehensive echocardiographic assessment is needed.
