Postincident Support for Healthcare Workers Experiencing Occupational Violence and Aggression

Abstract: This study identifies workplace practices that facilitate the provision of postincident support for healthcare workers. Facilitating effective postincident support could improve outcomes for workers, their patients and workplaces, and society in general.
