Posthepatectomy liver failure: A big surgery within infection is a bad combination

Abstract: Introduction: Associating liver partition and portal vein ligation for staged hepatectomy (ALPPS) is a novel 2stage technique intended to induce rapid growth of the future liver remnant (FLR).
