Postgraduate Competence and Academic Research Performance: The Mediating Role of Psychological Capital

Abstract: In this study, we developed and validated an instrument for measuring postgraduate competence and examined the relationships between postgraduate competence and academic research performance, along with the mediating role of psychological capital.
