Abstract: Musculoskeletal injuries are among the most common chief complaints in the geriatric population. Shoulder pain with associated deformity should be evaluated for possible joint dislocations, fractures, and musculotendinous tears. A comprehensive evaluation beginning with history and physical examination is important.
