Abstract:Background: Herein, we report a case of cerebral hemorrhage in a 21year-old nulliparous, primi gravida woman caused by posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES), which may be associated with reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome (RCVS).
