Abstract:Afemale patient with recurrent posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome, severe hypocalcemia due to extirpation of the parathyroid glands is described. The disease was characterized by the acute development of headache, seizures, cognitive and behavioral disorders, mental confusion, transitory blood pressure increasing.
