Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome as the initial presentation of acute lymphoblastic leukaemia

Abstract: Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a recognized complication of chemotherapy. However, the development of PRES at presentation of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is rare.
