Abstract:Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) is a reversible phenomenon diagnosed with both clinical and radiological criteria. We present anatypical case of PRES with unusual delayed reversal. A 29-year-old female presented withseizure and altered consciousness during post-partum periods.
