Posterior osteochondroma of the talus as posterior ankle impingement syndrome: a case report

Abstract: Posterior ankle impingement syndrome is a common cause of ankle pain. Posterior osteochondroma of the talus is very rare and scarcely described in the literature, although it should always be considered an etiological hypothesis of posterior impingement.
