Posterior Lamellar Keratoplasty Using Descemetorhexis and Organ-Cultured Donor Corneal Tissue (Melles Technique)

Abstract: PLK can be performed using an organ-cultured donor posterior disk. Visual rehabilitation may be slower than in PLK with fresh donor tissue.
