Posterior Fossa Extradural Haematomas: Operate or Conserve?

Abstract: Background: Posterior fossa extradural haematomas (PFEDHs) are an uncommon entity, accounting for only 4 to 12.9% of all extradural haematomas encountered in clinical practice (EDHs).
