Abstract:Results or Clinical Course: There was a high degree of agreement between EFP and KIN net hip moments (r 2 ¼ 0.91). This correlation is significant at the 0.01 level (2-tailed). Conclusions: The KIN and EFP moment curves were highly correlated, and were generally offset by only a small amount (EFP moment was biased towards extension). Hip joint moments were associated with active muscle contraction during swing, loading, and early single support. Passive, non-contractile elements provided the principle restrain… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
