Abstract: Abstract:Objective: Fast MR imaging sequences together with paramagnetic contrast agents, offer multiple advantages in the assessment of renal function. It provides cross sectional and vascular information without the risk of ionizing radiation, iodinated contrast or arterial catheterization.
