“…The QLACS assesses health-related QOL in the past month on a seven-point Likert scale (1=never trough 7=always), with higher scores indicating lower HRQOL (except for positive feelings and benefits). Previous results with the Spanish version of QLACS support the good psychometric properties of the instrument as well as the obtaining of a total score on the scale, with the exclusion of the benefits-of-cancer domain (42) . Reliability indices obtained in this study were satisfactory (Cronbach's αTotal = .94; range Cronbach's αsubscales = .67 -.90).…”

“…Our results are in the range of those obtained in these studies (including samples in different intervals of the survival period). Moreover, the comparison between them suggests a certain improvement over time in the QOL of the cancer survivor, which is particularly evident after the first year of post‐treatment (Andreu et al, 2021; Tessier et al, 2012; Van Leeuwen et al, 2018). Thus, the results obtained by Andreu et al (2021) showed the lowest total QOL as well as negative and positive feelings, fatigue, pain, social avoidance, sexual problems and appearance concerns domains in those survivors who were in the re‐entry phase.…”
