Possibility of Ultrasound Methodsnto Determine the Tactics of Treatment for Stress Urinary Incontinence in Women With Vaginal Prolapse

Abstract: Stress urinary incontinence is an actual medical and social problem and involves more than 30% women in developed countries spoiling quality of life. Ultrasonic sings of urethra and bladder changes revealed in 136 women with urinary incontinence and slight anterior vaginal fornix prolapse are analyzed in the article. 67 women were treated conservatively and the rest of them survived surgery: sling or pelvic prolift or their combination.
