Possibilities of Using Ecological Fluid in Agriculture

Abstract: This paper deals with the issue of using ecological oils in the sliding pair of hydraulic and transmission systems working in the area of agriculture. The sliding pair included a B 60 bearing and a journal with contact surface made of 14 220 steel. The experimental tests were carried out with two oils: the Fuchs Plantohyd 46 S ecological oil and PP 80 reference oil (producer: Slovnaft) which is a commonly used lubricant in given conditions. The results of the experiments were statistically processed and based … Show more

“…They consist of seven basic statistical methods: Ishikawa diagram, Pareto analysis, histogram, flowchart, checklist, correlation diagram, and control charts. These methods are one of the many tools for improving the process of performance according to the DMAIC (Six Sigma improvement cycle) (Kučera et al, 2014). The appropriate application of simple statistical methods is essential for management and for quality assurance and implementation of the quality management system (Kadnár et al, 2011).…”

“…Similarly, quality control charts are often used alongside with AI in quality monitoring and also through pictorial illustration of quality trend in production batch, for instance in [20] simple statistical analysis method was used in interpreting quality results. It was noted in [21], that Japan adopted statistical method and tools in quality management. In Japan, certain quality control system has been in use in the manufacturing sector, for instance [20] submitted that the following system has been consistently engaged in intelligent manufacturing quality control in Japanese production process; Ishikawa, flow chart, figure and diagrams, pareto analysis, checklist and correlation among others.…”

[21] identified six sigma template as being a useful tools as well in quality control monitoring process. Similarly, product reliability is also another measure introduced in ensuring quality in product development [22] presented quality control methods that could be used to enhanced productivity and safety [23].…”
