Positive response to niraparib in chemo-refractory patients with metastatic appendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma harboring ATM mutations: A case report

Abstract: BackgroundAppendiceal mucinous adenocarcinoma, one kind of specific colorectal cancer, is lowly prevalent and rarely diagnosed in clinical practice.
