Posicionamento da indústria de TIC para a construção das cidades inteligentes no Brasil: resultados de um levantamento com sete gigantes do setor

Abstract: Esse artigo tem por objetivo discutir o posicionamento do setor de tecnologia da informação e comunicação (TIC) no cenário das cidades inteligentes no Brasil. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa que faz uso de dados primários oriundos de levantamentos realizados com executivos das empresas IBM, Cisco, Huawei, Oracle, SAP, Ericsson e Microsoft, e dados secundários oriundos de documentos e sites na internet dessas empresas.
