Pose des cathéters veineux centraux par voie périphérique (PICC line) sous échographie

Abstract

Je présente la technique de pose de PICC line et la technique d'échographie de la veine jugulaire interne en temps réel, technique simple et fiable qui permet d'éviter cette fausse route qui peut représenter jusqu'à 15 à 20 % des poses à l'aveugle. Summary I present the ultrasound technique of the internal jugular vein in real-time imaging. By visualisation of the internal jugular vein under real-time ultrasound, we ensure the absence of the catheter in this vein. This simple technique allows to avoid this malposition representing about 15-20 % of complications of the blind-technique.
