Abstract: BackgroundEULAR guideline in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) recommended the primary failure of the first-line conventional synthetic modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (csDMARDs) patients switching to tumor necrosis factor alpha inhibitors (TNFi) [1].
