The presence of shopping malls causes a social, economic, and environmental impact. The bibliometric analysis is a valuable method used to dentify published research papers, and understand historic information published in scientific journals. This method can be used to carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses of scientific production on a specific subject. This analytical method primarily focuses on analyzing the bibliometric study of the solid waste management method used in shopping malls. A small number of studies on the management process used in shopping malls are reported. However, the last five years have seen a significant increase in the number of publications, and the papers are mostly reported from Europe and Asia. These publications are published in journals with high impact factors and are characterized by a Qualis/Capes grade [34]. Six groups were formed for similarity analyses, and the words waste, food, and environment were used for analysis. Five thematic sub-areas were identified. Based on the results, it was inferred that the waste management study conducted in shopping malls should be an object of research. This will help understand the processes and search for a way to improve the quality of the waste management process.

interface humano computador, plataforma sucupira, usabilidade Estudos de Interface Humano Computador (IHC), indicam que a mesma visa facilitar a comunicação entre o computador e o usuário, sendo base para gerar sistemas que considerem a usabilidade e a interação dos usuários com o sistema. A Plataforma Sucupira é um sistema utilizado por todos os programas de pós-graduação, para gerenciar as informações dos cursos de mestrado e doutorado, os quais devem enviar dados, periodicamente, à Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), para que assim, o programa de pós-graduação possa ser avaliado. A Plataforma Lattes (currículo vitae do pesquisador), a qual tem por finalidade agregar o cadastro dos pesquisadores e fornecer uma integração com as principais agências de fomento. Bem como o sistema de avaliação, a Plataforma Sucupira. Mas há problema de integração entre estes dois sistemas. A Plataforma Sucupira não atende as necessidades dos usuários, ou seja, profissionais que atuam constantemente com a plataforma para enviar as informações para a CAPES. Este artigo tem como objetivo analisar a Plataforma Sucupira sob a ótica das boas práticas de usabilidade de IHC. Fez-se um levantamento exploratório da literatura. Como resultado, propõem-se melhorias de integração entre a Plataforma Sucupira e Plataforma Lattes. Diante deste estudo foi possível concluir que, apesar do sistema apresentar problemas de usabilidade, a Plataforma Sucupira auxilia a gestão dos Programas de Pós-Graduação, pois mesmo diante das dificuldades apontadas, constitui-se em uma ferramenta para gestão das informações entre os Programas e sua agência reguladora. Por fim, recomenda-se desenvolver Interface de programação de aplicações (APIs) no Lattes para facilitar a importação de dados pela Plataforma Sucupira. computer human interface, sucupira platform, usability Human Computer Interface Studies (IHC) indicate that it aims to facilitate communication between the computer and the user, being the basis for generating systems that consider the usability and interaction of users with the system.
