Pos-278 Screening for Coronary Artery Disease in Incident Hemodialysis Population by Dobutamine Stress Echocardiography and Its Association With Biomarkers

Abstract: This is the first study of osteoporosis in patients with CKD in Guatemala. A high prevalence of both osteoporosis and osteopenia was found, it is important to screen for alterations in bone density in this population. The female sex seems to be the most associated with these alterations as well as with the estimated risk of fractures.
