A sexualidade se manifesta com mais intensidade na adolescência, fase em que há transformações intensas. Na escola, faltam espaços de discussão sobre a temática. Pretendeu-se compreender os aspectos psicossociais da sexualidade de adolescentes, revelados através do desenvolvimento de oficinas. Tratase de estudo qualitativo, baseado na pesquisa-ação e na metodologia da problematização, realizado em uma escola pública do município de Juazeiro/BA, através da oficina crítico-emancipatória "Diz aí, professor, pois quero curtir a vida!", com adolescentes do Ensino Fundamental II e Médio. Os resultados indicam que muitos adolescentes têm receio de conversar com a família por acreditarem que serão repreendidos, bem como têm pouco conhecimento sobre Doenças Sexualmente Transmissíveis e sobre direitos sexuais e reprodutivos. A homossexualidade foi o tema mais polêmico e com opiniões divergentes. Logo, percebe-se a necessidade de enfatizar a educação sexual e reprodutiva nas escolas, abordando o tema de forma alternativa ao modelo tradicional. Os tabus, as crenças e os mitos referentes à sexualidade na adolescência precisam ser discutidos por meio de estratégias que reconheçam os adolescentes como atuantes. Além disso, é importante uma aprendizagem mais reflexiva, com princípios mais humanos, no que concerne à sexualidade, diminuindo o estigma, a discriminação e a violência na sociedade. Educação sexual.The sexuality manifests itself more strongly in adolescence, a phase were there are intense transformations. At school, there is no room for discussion on the subject. The aim of this study was to understand the psychosocial aspects of teenager's sexuality, revealed through the development of workshops. A qualitative study, based on action research and problem-solving methodology, performed in a public school in the city of Juazeiro, Bahia, through the critical-emancipatory workshop "Tell me teacher, because I want to enjoy life!" with First and Secondary School Students. The results indicate that many teenagers are afraid to talk to their family because they believe they will be reprimanded, as well as have little knowledge about Sexually Transmitted Diseases and about sexual and reproductive rights. The homosexuality was the most controversial subject and with divergent opinions. Therefore, it is necessary to emphasize sexual and reproductive education in schools, approaching the theme in an alternative way to the traditional model. Sexuality of adolescents living with HIV/AIDS: sources of information defining learning

Objective: To know the sources of information of adolescents living with HIV/AIDS that define learning about sexuality. Methods:A qualitative study was performed in a Specialized Care Service of a city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Southern Brazil, with 15 adolescents living with HIV/AIDS. A semi-structured interview and thematic analysis were used. Results: Adolescents have built up their knowledge about sexuality, especially through relationships with friends and older family members, or through access to media sources. Schools and health services were spaces for sharing information about biological aspects of sexuality. Conclusion:Nurses need to address adolescent sexuality beyond the biological dimension and support it through critical and dialogical health education.Keywords: Sexuality; Adolescent; Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome; Adolescent Health; Nursing. Se utilizó entrevista semi-estructurada y análisis temático.Resultados: Los adolescentes han construido sus conocimientos sobre la sexualidad a través de las relaciones con los amigos, con un miembro de la familia mayor que ellos, o el acceso a los medios de comunicación. La escuela y el servicio de salud fueron espacios para la socialización de informaciones relativas a los aspectos biológicos de la sexualidad. Conclusión: Las enfermeras necesitan abordar la sexualidad de los adolescentes más allá de la dimensión biológica y apoyarla en la educación en salud crítica y dialógica.

Realities and perspectives of adolescent mothers in their first pregnancy

Objective: to understand the trajectory of adolescents regarding the fi rst pregnancy, contemplating realities and perspectives. Method: qualitative study, based on the Schütz theoretical framework, with 30 adolescents assisted in an outpatient clinic for adolescents in Fortaleza, Ceará, Brazil. From the narrative interviews carried out in the fi rst semester of 2013, in the return for the fi rst consultation of the puerperium, the communicative processes were identifi ed, the central ideas and units of meanings expressed in the themes were abstracted: I was dating and became pregnant; realities and perspectives. Results: adolescents justifi ed pregnancy through sexual drive and insuffi cient prevention; they narrated the fear faced, diffi culties in motherhood and continuity of studies. The realities coexisted with the prospects of family members and partners helping to educate the child to achieve a different future from what they themselves experienced. Final considerations: adolescents experienced motherhood with ambivalent confl icts because they were young mothers, but they wanted to raise and educate their children, even those with minimal living conditions. Das entrevistas narrativas realizadas no primeiro semestre de 2013, no retorno da primeira consulta do puerpério, identifi caram-se os processos comunicativos, abstraíram-se as ideias centrais e unidades de sentidos expressas nas temáticas: fui fi cando e aconteceu a gravidez; realidades e perspectivas. Resultados: as adolescentes justifi caram a gravidez pelo impulso sexual e prevenção insufi ciente; narraram o medo enfrentado, difi culdades na maternidade e continuidade dos estudos. As realidades coexistiram com perspectivas de os familiares e companheiros ajudarem na educação do fi lho para obter um futuro diferente do que vivenciaram. Considerações fi nais: as adolescentes vivenciaram a maternidade com confl itos ambivalentes por serem mães jovens, mas desejavam criar e educar os fi lhos, mesmo aquelas com as mínimas condições de sobrevivência.
