Population pharmacokinetics of oxcarbazepine and its monohydroxy derivative in epileptic children

Abstract: This population pharmacokinetic model of oxcarbazepine supports current dose recommendations, except for 10-kg children with concomitant EIAEDs and 50-kg children without EIAEDs.
