Polyurethanionomere aus dnngeschichteten NCO-Prpolymeren

Abstract: Zmarnmenfassung: Der Gehalt an niedermolekularem Diisocyanat in NCO-Pr~/polymeren wurde dutch Diinnschichten herabgesetzt. Bei anionischen Dispersionen aus diinngeschichteten Pr~ipolymeren nahmen der mittlere Partikeldurchmesser und die Polydispersit~it mit verminderter Konzentration an freiem Diisocyanat ab.Abstract: NCO-prepolymers were purified by thin layer evaporation to reduce the amount of low molecular diisocyanate. Aqueous anionic dispersions were prepared from these prepolymers. The mean particle dia… Show more

“…If the ionic content in PU was lower, then the dispersion that resulted had coarse particles. Good dispersions are associated with smaller particle size and the presence of ion pairs on the surfaces rather than within [197][198][199]. Dimitrievski and coworkers have observed that, in order to get usable film, some amount of 1,4-butanediol needs to be added as a chain extender [200].…”
