Abstract: Isaacs' syndrome (IS) is an autoimmunological hyperexcitability syndrome of the peripheral motor nerves, manifesting with progressive muscle stiffness, involuntary continuous muscle twitching, muscle pain and cramping, sweating, and decreased reflexes.
