“…Restriction fragment length polymorphism and qPCR were used to conclude that Methanomicrobiales was the dominant group among methanogen orders. The methanogen community structures in six German full-scale biogas plants were investigated with qPCR along with fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) [53].
