Abstract:The investigation of fabricating ultra‐compact solid‐state dye laser (SSDL) using N'N‐dimethylformamide (DMF) modified poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as the polymeric matrix was carried out. Atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP) was introduced to manipulate the polymerization process of PMMA.
