POLYLOL S0LUTION SYNTHESIS OF ORIENTED In2Se3 NANOSHEETS AND THEIR APPLICATION ON HIGH-PERFORMANCE INORGANIC-ORGANIC HYBRID PHOTODETECTOR

Abstract: Single-phase β-In2Se3 nanosheets were successfully synthesized by hot injection method using triethylene glycol (TEG)-based solution. It was found that the adding amounts of reactant played a key role in determining size and thickness of the In2Se3 nanosheets. The In2Se3 nanosheets were (0001) orientation and had the lateral size of ~500 nm and plate thickness of ~6 nm with 0.4 mmol indium precursor.
