Polygenic prediction of bipolar disorder in a Latin American sample

Abstract: To date, bipolar disorder (BD) genetic studies and polygenic risk scores (PRSs) for BD are based primarily on populations of European descent (EUR) and lack representation from other ancestries including Latin American (LAT).
