Abstract: Polysulfones are an important class of materials for a variety of applications due to their excellent strength and thermal stability. Quaternary ammonium polymers are also useful materials due to their ion exchange properties, and such materials with alkaline counterions have been used to capture carbon dioxide (CO 2 ) from ambient air through a moisture-driven mechanism.
