Abstract: Zusammenfassung Anamnese Es erfolgt die Aufnahme einer 82-jährigen Patientin zur weiteren Abklärung zunehmender kognitiver Defizite und Gangunsicherheit. Diagnostik und Befunde In der durchgeführten Computertomografie des Kopfes zeigten sich die Zeichen einer fortgeschrittenen subkortikalen arteriosklerotischen Enzephalopathie (SAE).
