Abstract:Effects of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and small related molecules on the morphology of fission yeast (Schizosaccharomyces pombe) are described. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are important environmental pollutants that act as carcinogens via several mechanisms of action.
