Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbon Degradation and Sorption Parameters in Coastal and Open-Sea Sediment

Abstract: This work describes the experimental determination of the major degradation and sorption parameters of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in a sensitive marine environment, the Northern Adriatic Sea (Mediterranean Sea).
