Abstract: Background. Polyarteritis nodosa is an acute, subacute or chronic immune complex disease associated with peripheral and visceral artery involvement, predominantly of middle and small sizes, development of destructive-proliferative arteritis and subsequent peripheral and visceral ischaemia.Cases description.
