Poly(N-vinylcaprolactam) containing solid lipid polymer hybrid nanoparticles for controlled delivery of a hydrophilic drug gemcitabine hydrochloride

Abstract: A hydrophilic polymer, poly(N-vinylcaprolactam), incorporated into solid lipid nanoparticles (SLNs) imparts better encapsulation and controlled release of gemcitabine.
