Abstract: Polo-like kinases (PLKs) are crucial regulatory factors of the cell cycle process and their dysregulations often cause various diseases including tumorigenesis. Although the PLKs, including PLK1, have been extensively studied and reported, few pan-cancer analyses are attainable.
