Political Power of the Democratic National Party in the Electoral Election

Abstract

This research aims to illustrate and analyze the political power of the National Democratic Party in winning the legislative elections in Merauke District 2019 using qualitative research through a phenomenological approach. Data obtained using library studies and online media. The results of this study showed that the political power of the Democratic National Party in Merauke district is by consolidating the central caretaker with the region. The consolidation that is intended is a working meeting as well as the inauguration of the head of the National Democratic Party DPC of Merauke Regency, then the National Democratic Party provides training on understanding the electoral processes for the witnesses Prior to simultaneous elections in the implementation, the Democratic National Party established a restoration school and the intelligent home of the Democratic National Party School of Restoration and this intelligent home to help add to the community's insight, as well as the party National Democrats give free health services program to the community districts Merauke by hiring medical personnel. Based on the research results expected the Democratic National Party need to involve academics in the political education process.
