Abstract:Los pólipos endometriales son un sobrecrecimiento anormal de estroma, tejido glandular y vascular que se proyectan hacia la cavidad uterina. Los pólipos pueden variar en tamaño y forma. Se pueden presentar en la etapa reproductiva o postmenopáusica, pero son más comunes entre los 40 y 49 años.
